2. What is it? What is your business idea?

This is in concrete business terms not something vague like a mission statement. Is it a product or a service and if so what kind?

You should be able to explain it in one short paragraph or less. If you can't do that, keep thinking about it until you can.

You should even have a shorter version that is only one or two sentences. That is what business people call your elevator speech or elevator pitch. This means that you could describe your business to someone in the time it takes for an elevator ride.
