The following information makes up a business Plan

1. Who is the audience and what do you want them to do?

Is the audience a banker, a potential partner, an investor, or is the plan for internal use?

What is the audience's background? Does the audience have business background or a technology background?

Do you want them to partner with you or do you want them to give you money (equity investment) or loan you money? Can you envision the audience as a person?

While the basics of your business won't change the way you present them should change as necessary in order to communicate better with your audience.
